Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

Centrose employees, domestic partners and families are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance coverage beginning on their date of hire. Physicians Plus provides our healthcare plan and Delta Dental provides our dental and vision coverage.

Stock Option Plan

Centrose employees are also eligible for the company’s stock option plan which is adjusted for experience and salary level.

Time Off Benefits

Employees begin accruing 2 weeks of vacation time per year on the first day of employment. In addition, the company observes 6 Holidays per year and each employee receives 2 personal days per year, and accrue 6 sick days annually.

On-site trails are available for walking, jogging, biking, and skiing. The Company is located on Madison’s west side in the Old Sauk Trails Business Park, by far the nicest business park in Madison.
