Centrose is a Limited Liability Company headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. The Company was established in 2006 and started operations in 2007 in laboratory space originally build for Covance. Centrose is in business to discover enhanced drugs in the areas of oncology and anti-infectives by harnessing the unique properties of sugars not typically found in Nature. Centrose is now advancing its enhanced anticancer drug leads that have shown strong anticancer activity in laboratory animals. Centrose currently owns the rights to 4 patents and 12 patent applications. This portfolio is focused on our lead drugs and the CarboConnect product engine. Additional patents are being filed by the company in areas of drug enhancement.

To rapidly build value, the Centrose plan is focused on out-licensing early drug leads. To sustain long-term growth, Centrose is perfecting its CarboConnect platform that promises to deliver a deep pipeline of enhanced therapeutics. Centrose outsources drug screening and large-scale manufacturing needs in an effort to focus on its core competencies.
