EDC-ONE (CEN-106010):

The Company’s first EDC, EDC-One (CEN-106010), has shown efficacy against one of the most aggressive tumor types known: metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). EDC-One (CEN-106010) is an Extracellular Drug Conjugate targeting two over-expressed proteins that are found in close proximity on many hard to treat metastatic cancer cell types. CEN-106010 effectively binds synergistically to these targets and induces potent (low-picomolar) cell-killing activity.
